Open edX documents and information are located across multiple sources, making it difficult for users to know where to start. We see this as an opportunity to build a better information strategy for the Open edX project that addresses the needs and perspectives of all Open edX users. We'll outline our Documentation Overhaul Initiative highlighting our approach, discovery findings, and opportunities for community involvement.

Jenna is the Product Manager for the Open edX project. She brings 10 years of experience in the higher education sector, in both academic publishing and as an instructional designer and MOOC-creator on behalf of the United Nations.
