Until now, it was the leaders and organizations that managed to do it cheaper and faster than the competition who won the game. These rules worked well in a more or less linear and predictable world. In a highly unpredictable world with extreme uncertainties, those who win the game are the leaders and organizations that manage to scale learning, that is, that are able to learn and unlearn faster and better than the competition.

Paula’s work focuses on how humans learn, bringing together research in neuroscience, anthropology, psychology and biology in order to adapt learning methodologies in the executive learning arena. She is also co-author of the book The Age of Super Humans.
