We will present several experiences of using the Open edX platform in Europe and Latin America to offer MOOCs and SPOCs (Small Private Online Courses), as well as for hybrid learning and emergency remote teaching during the pandemic. We’ll also discuss platform improvements for increasing engagement through gamification, awareness through learning analytics, and use of the Open edX platform for teacher training.
