Welcome to the Open edX 2022 Conference, hosted by Nova SBE and FCT | FCCN! This year’s theme is all about shaping the future of education together, and tackling challenges around expanding access to education globally, the future of work, up-skilling, re-skilling, and life-long learning.
A learning experience platform (LXP) of the future needs to perform many functions, including providing agile development tools, allowing for blended and collaborative learning, and supporting multiple types of content. In this tutorial, we will present our vision of what a future LXP needs to be, and how we at IBM are manifesting this vision with our Open edX powered platform: Skills Network.
