Welcome to the Open edX 2022 Conference, hosted by Nova SBE and FCT | FCCN! This year’s theme is all about shaping the future of education together, and tackling challenges around expanding access to education globally, the future of work, up-skilling, re-skilling, and life-long learning.
Recently, efforts to carve out and improve editors of the three most popular content types (text, problem, and video) birthed a reusable framework for doing so, called V2 Content Editors. We will discuss the motivations and learnings from this project, as well as how you can modernize the course authoring experience for important XBlocks by implementing your own V2 Content Editors.
