As the world moves towards automation, chatbots can be a useful tool for customer service and be an efficient way to resolve issues. Our mission was to make a smart chatbot to help with course-related questions, and that can also understand context by analyzing the texts using NLP techniques. In this tutorial, we’ll explore how to create a chatbot and integrate it with the Open edX platform.
